Background

BAK1 (Brassinosteroid insensitive 1-associated receptor kinase 1) controls expression of genes associated with

innate immunity in the absence of pathogens or elicitors. Phosphorylated Brl1. Involved in programmed cell

death(PCD). Subcellular localization: cell membrane. Alternative names: BRASSINOSTEROID INSENSITIVE

Immunogen: Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein

containing the C-terminal region of Arabidopsis thaliana BAK1 (AT4g33430). Antibodies were purified by affinity

purification using immunogen.
